综合医院重症监护病房甲型H1N1流感医院感染的科学预防

Scientific Preventive Measures Against Nosocomial Infection of H1N1 Influenza in Polyclinic Intensive Care Unit

摘要 目的探讨综合医院重症监护病房采取科学预防措施对预防甲型H1N1流感医院感染的效果。方法制定和执行科学的报告、隔离、消毒、防护和医务人员健康管理制度。结果在收治甲型H1N1流感危重症感染患者的过程中,医院重症监护病房无甲型H1N1流感的医院感染发生。结论科学的预防措施是综合医院重症监护病房在救治甲型流感重症患者的同时避免发生医院感染的关键。 OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of scientific preventive measures against nosocomial infection of H1N1 influenza.METHODS The scientific measures,isolation,disinfection,prevention and health management of medical staffs were developed and performed.RESULTS No nosocomial infection happened in ICU during diagnosis and treatment of H1N1 influenza.CONCLUSIONS Carrying out the scientific preventive measures is the key to avoid nosocomial infection in ICU of polyclinic during the treatment of patients with critical H1N1 influenza.
