根据马钢股份有限公司一钢轧硅钢分厂工程的实际情况,介绍了执行系统MES中基于订单链管理方式的生产订单管理功能。通过订单链管理生产订单的方式,实现了资源均衡分配,从而提高了生产质量和设备利用率。
t The production order management function, based on order chain management mode in the MES （manufacturing execution system） of Masteel＇s silicon steel production line is introduced. Uniformed distribution of resources has been achieved through production order management based on order chain and, as a result, both product quality and equipment utilization have been improved.
