摘要
本文通过构建一种简单的闭环控制系统模型,利用PLC的高速计数功能,读取和步进电机同步的编码器发出的高速脉冲信号,实现轴定位的精确位置控制。PLC的高速计数功能在实际工作中得到了很好的应用,对设备自动化改造和自动机构的控制具有理论和实际指导意义。
Based on building a simple closed loop control system model, using PLC’s high-speed count function which read high speed pulse signal sent by the encoder which synchronized with stepped motor, this paper realizes the accurate position control of axial location. The usage of PLC’s high speed count function has got good application in the practical work and has certain theoretical and actual directive significance in transformation from manual equipments to automatic ones and automatic equipment controlling.
