摘要
菜籽多肽是由菜籽蛋白水解得到的一种多肽,具有独特的理化特性与生物学活性。本文根据国内外的研究对菜籽多肽的制备、分离和纯化工艺进行了介绍,并借鉴了其他多肽类物质的应用来论述菜籽多肽的应用。随着人们健康意识的增强,菜籽多肽的应用发展前景将更为广阔。
Rapeseed peptides are peptides hydrolyzed by rapeseed protein,which have unique physical and chemical properties and biological activity.Based on the research at home and abroad,the preparation,separation and purification of rapeseed peptides were summarized and the application of rapeseed peptides was dicussed in the view of other peptides’application in this paper.With the enhanced awareness of peoples’ health,rapeseed peptides would have broader development in the future.
