摘要
基于电磁学原理,设计了一种液体粘度测量装置,介绍了其测量原理,搭建了测量装置,并对几种常见液体进行了测试实验。实验结果表明:测得的数据与液体粘度具有良好的相关性,反映了液体的粘度。该粘度测量装置结构简单,易于实现,由一对电磁线圈控制磁性活塞在液体中往复运动,通过测量活塞的运动时间来获取液体粘度。
A set of liquid viscosity measurement device is designed, based on the principle of electromagnetism. The measuring principle is introduced and a measurement prototype is built up. Several common liquid is tested with it. The results show that the measured data have good correlation with the liquid viscosity, reflect the liquid viscosity. The structure of the viscosity measuring device is simple, easy to realize. The viscosity measuring device consists of a magnetic piston in control of a pair of electromagnetic coil in fluid. It can acquire the liquid viscosity through the measurement of the reciprocating motion time of piston.
