摘要
针对瞄具的光谱透过率测量需求设计了一套宽光谱宽光束透过率测试系统。系统采用全反射式、完全对称的大口径双通道光路和双探测器接收的光学测试系统结构,完成了控制和数据采集系统设计,实现了计算机自动控制。实验表明,测试光束直径达60mm,测量光谱范围为300nm—1600nm,测试精度误差低于0.5%。该系统解决了光学瞄具的全口径光谱透过率测量问题,同时有效地提高了测试精度。
A detection system is designed for the test of spectrum transmissivity in wide spectrum and wide beam.This system worked by double detector optical test system of total reflection and completely symmetrical dual photo path.The control and data acquisition system was designed,and realized computer automatic control.The test beam width is 60 mm,and the test spectral region is 300 nm—1 600 nm,the measuring accuracy is less than 0.5%.This system solves the problem of test spectrum transmissivity in wide beam,and at the same time improves the test accuracy.
