摘要
利用三维ANSYS有限元软件对单搭自冲铆接头建立了有限元模型,并对该模型进行模态分析以获得其自由振动时的固有频率,在模态分析的基础上进行了不同加载位置的谐响应分析,对比了同一加载位置时不同节点响应幅值的变化及不同加载位置时同一节点的响应幅值变化发现,由于节点所处位置不同及自冲铆接头的振型不同,其最大响应幅值发生在不同固有频率处;距离加载位置越近其响应幅值越大;节点响应幅值随距离固定端的距离增加而成增长趋势。
The ANSYS finite element analysis(FEA)software was used to model single lap self-piercing rivet joints.Mode analysis was carried out to get it's natural frequencies.Harmonic response analysis was implemented to predict the response curves based on mode analysis.This paper focus on the comparison of different nodes response curves with same load position and different response curves of same node with different load position,it is found that the maximum amplitudes of response occur at different frequencies of free vibration with the change of nodes on SPR joint and the SPR joint shapes of free vibration.The amplitude of response is greater with the node on SPR joint closer to the force position.The amplitudes of response display increase tendency with the distance to fix-end increases.
