摘要
分析了金属机械加工中产生振动的原因及对零件表面的影响,阐述了减振的控制方法,并对振动的利用——振动切削新技术做了介绍,说明切削振动对机械加工既有不利的一面,需要严格控制,但也可用来提高工件的表面品质,提高生产效率。
Analysis of the metal machining the vibration of the cause and effect of parts of the surface,this paper expounds the damping control method,and the use of vibration,the vibration cutting technology were introduced,cutting vibration of mechanical processing both disadvantages,needs strict control,but also can be used to improve the surface quality,improve production efficiency.
