摘要
针对T/R收发模块在生产装配中产生的质量隐患,提出采用过程FMEA与失效分析技术有机结合,以故障模式与影响分析为主线,以器件级失效分析技术为分枝,准确、高效地进行故障定位,及时得出有效的纠正预防措施。
For the hidden quality trouble of T/R transceiver module during the manufacture,the use of Process FMEA and failure analysis are proposed.Use the failure mode and effects analysis as the main line and analyzed by the deceive-level failure techniques as the branch,the failure can be positioned accurately and efficiently and the right preventive measure can be proposed timely.
