摘要
针对流域防洪优化调度问题,采用多维逐步优化算法,基于最大削峰准则下的最优决策,提出了两阶段逐步优化算法。实例结果表明,两阶段算法能较好克服单阶段算法不利解问题,并通过对第一阶段求解结果进一步优化,提高了防洪决策的合理性与可操作性,为流域水库群防洪实时优化调度提供了有效途径。
Based on the principle of the largest flood peak reduction,this paper puts forward two-stage and multi-dimensional progressive optimality algorithm to solve the problem of optimal operation for river basin flood control.The instance results show that the two-stage algorithm can better overcome the poor solution problem of single-stage algorithm and greatly improve the rationality and feasibility of flood control decision-making by further optimization based on the first stage results.The proposed algorithm provides an effective way for river basin real-time flood control.
