摘要
国家高新区当前已成为我国经济发展的重要一极和国家参与全球经济竞争的重要载体,在未来将承担起更为艰巨的责任与使命。创新是高新区发展的核心。文章以南宁高新区为例,首先阐述了高新区创新战略的选择意义,然后对高新区创新战略的文化环境、管理机制、融资渠道、人才体系、孵化器的作用进行重点分析;认为南宁高新区创新战略的实施在于培养创新文化、创新管理机制、创新融资渠道、创新人才体系、孵化器建设。
High-tech zone has become one of the most important poles of economic development in China,and it is also an important carrier for the country to participate in the global economic competition in the future.Innovation is the core of high-tech zone development.This article takes Nanning as example,first introduces the significance of the innovative strategic choice in Nanning high-tech zone,and then analyzes innovative strategies,cultural environment,management,financing channels and personnel system Nanning high-tech zone.It considers that the point to implementation the innovative strategies is to foster a culture of innovation,create an innovative management mechanism and financing channels,and having an cultivate system for talents in system development.
