摘要
异地合作培训有本地培训难以实现的许多优势,组织者应知晓异地合作培训特点,组织管理的要点。为提高培训效果,培训要做到"三个注重",即注重专题讲座、研讨教学内容与学校考察活动相结合;注重突然不同层次培训班在异地培训的时间和方式安排;注重加强实践锻炼和交流。
Off-site cooperation training has a lot of advantages that the local training cannot accomplish. The organizer should be aware of the characteristics of off-site cooperation training and the essentials of organization and management. To improve the effectiveness, the training must achieve ＂three stresses＂： the stress on the integration of seminars, workshops and study tours; stress on the arrangement of time and methods for the different types of the training courses in the off-site training; and stress on strengthening practical training and exchange.
