摘要
新时期地方高校学生对学校的认同感、归属感和求知欲普遍不佳,实验证明,在其他硬件设施无法改变的情况下,提高教师综合素质,尤其是其中的人格魅力部分则是改善这一现状的最佳途径。
The local college students＇s feeling about falling to the college,approving the college and their desire of studying are not good all the time.A experiment said that as long as other harderware in the colleges can not be strongthened,raingsing the teachers＇s synthetical diathesis,especially their personality must be the best way in improve the feelings and desire.
