TS3000系统是一种三冗余可编程控制器,具有很高的可靠性。主要用于过程工业SIS或者ESD系统,在石油化工、电力等过程工业中应用比较广泛。其独特的三参数动态防喘振算法能够很好的预测喘振的发生并适时采取相应的控制措施。该文介绍了TS3000基本软硬件配置以及三冗余原理。论述了压缩机发生喘振的原理,压缩机防喘振控制的三种基本方法。详细的介绍了武汉石化催化装置主风机防喘振控制的原理和实现方式,总结了该套系统在实际应用中的效果。
The TS3000 system is PLC combination control system with fault tolerance through Triple Modular Redundant (TMR) architecture,which is provided with high reliability. It widely use for ESD or SIS system in process industry. The special anti-surge arithmetic can calculate when compressor surges,as well as it take effectual control steps. This paper introduces the configuration of TS3000 hardware and software. Discuss the principal of compressor surges and the basic approach of anti-surge control. Discussion on Anti-surge system principle of centrifugal compressor in catalytic unit and how realizes the control scheme. The application of the control system ensures that the unit runs in safe,stable and efficient manner.That brings about significant economic and technical benefits for the enterprise.
