介绍了TS3000基本软硬件配置以及三冗余原理,论述了压缩机发生喘振的原理,压缩机防喘振控制的3种基本方法。介绍了九江石化延迟焦化装置富气压缩机防喘振控制的原理和实现方式,分析了防喘振阀的动作过程,总结了该套系统在实际应用中的效果。
The TS3000 system is a three-redundant programmable logic controller,which has high reliability and mainly used for SIS or ESD system in processing industry.The special anti-surge arithmetic can calculate when compressor surges,as well as it take effectual control steps.This paper introduces the basic configuration of TS3000 hardware and software and the three-redundant principle.The surge principle and the three basic methods for controlling compressor surge are approached.The principle of anti-surge system of centrifugal compressor in Jiujiang Petrochemical delayed coking unit and the realization means are introduced in detail.The running process of anti-surge control valve is analyzed.The effect of this system in practical application is summarized.
