摘要 目的探讨螺旋CT辅助定位微创经皮肾镜取石的应用效果。方法回顾性分析298例共326侧上尿路结石微创经皮肾镜双脉宽钬激光碎石的通道建立、C型臂X线机应用及残石情况。结果 298例共326侧1次穿刺成功率为85.6%(279/326),平均1.18次/侧(384/326);术中应用C型臂X线机0~7次/侧,平均2.19次/侧;残石率为18.7%(61/326)。结论螺旋CT辅助定位有助于通道的成功建立和减少术中C型臂X线机的使用,并在一定程度上有助于结石的清除。 Objective To investigate the application efficacy of spiral CT-assistant localization in MPCNL.Methods The 326 sides of 298 cases of upper urinary calculi were repectively studied in channel establishing,C-arm use and residue stone rate condition in minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy with double-frenquency Ho:YAG Laser.Results The average puncture times was 1.18 per side with 1 puncture success rate of 85.6%(279/326),and an average times of 2.19 C-arm X-ray use(ranged from 0 to 7 times) with a residue stone rate of 18.7%(61/326) in the 326 sides of 298 cases of upper urinary calculi.Conclusion The application of assistant localization by spiral CT scan in MPCNL can improve the success rate of percutaneous nephro-puncture and reduce the C-arm X-ray use effectively,and be helpful to the clearation of stone.
