摘要 目的探讨ESWL治疗肾结石的效果和体会。方法回顾性分析ESWL治疗的875例肾结石病人。结果经ESWL治疗的875例肾结石病人中,730例在1年内排尽结石,101例残留结石,44例碎石无效。结论ES-WL是治疗肾结石的首选方法,安全有效,易被患者接受,但要注意病例的选择。 Objective To investigate the effect of ESWL treatment for renal calculi, Methods Review and analyze the effect of ESWL treatment on 875 patients who were diagnosed as having renal calculi. Results Out of the 875 patients treated by ESWL, stones were excreted completely from 730 patients within 1 year. 101 patients remained stones. 44 patients dissucceed, Conclusion ESWL that should be the first choice of treatment for renal calculi is an effective, safe and widely accepted, but attention must be paid to certain situations of some patients.
