摘要
公益广告是为公众利益服务的、以推广有利于社会的公益观念为目的的广告传播活动。它在公民思想政治教育方面有着重要作用。公益广告通过传播思想政治教育信息,影响公众的道德观念和行为方式。同时,公益广告中思想政治教育因素经过合理开发、利用后产生的个体功能和社会功能也是不容忽视的。
The purpose of public service advertisements（PSAs） is to promote the useful concept for the public interest.It is an activity of advertising communication.It plays an important role in civic ideological and political education.PSAs promote the information of ideological and political education and affect the public＇s moral values and behaviors.Meanwhile,if PSAs＇ elements in the ideological and political education are developed and utilized,it will result in the individual functions and social functions.This can not be neglected.
