摘要
文章立足创新人才的培养,在分析当前高职院校校园文化建设的现状及存在的主要问题后,提出从凝练校园精神文化、规范校园制度文化、优化校园环境文化和发展校园行为文化等四个方面,充分发挥文化在高职院校创新人才培养中的作用。
Based on the training of creative talents,the paper analyzes the major problems as well as the status quo of current culture construction on higher vocational college campus,and further proposes fully playing the role of culture in creative talent training of higher vocational colleges from the four aspects：condensing campus spiritual culture,standardizing campus institutional culture,optimizing campus environmental culture and developing campus behavior culture.
