摘要
目的:了解精神疾病患者住院费用构成情况及其影响因素,为控制住院医疗费用的不合理增长提供理论依据。方法:调查我院1年内常见精神疾病住院患者各项费用数据,进行费用构成分析,并对影响医疗费用的因素进行多元逐步回归分析。结果:在各项住院费用中,比例最高的是治疗费,占33.8%。影响住院费用的主要因素,按其对住院费用作用由大渐小依次为:住院天数、疾病分类、年龄、合并其他疾病、入院病情等。结论:精神疾病患者住院费用受多种因素的影响,必须采取综合控制措施,才能有效控制住院患者的医疗费用增长。
Objective：To understand the factors that influenced the hospitalization expenses of psychiatric inpatients to provide the rational gist of controlling the unreasonable growth of the medical expense. Methods ： The structure of hospitalization expense was analyzed in patients with psychiatric diseases who had discharged from hospital in one year. The methods of multivariate stepwise regres- sion analysis were used to study the factors influencing hospitalization expenses. Results： Among various hospitalization expenses, the cost of treatment was the highest, about 33.8%. The major factors influencing the hospitalization expenses, ordered by their effects from maximum to minimum , were hospitalization days, classification of disease, age of patients, merged other diseases , and disease condi- tion of admission. Conclusions： The hospitalization expenses in psychiatric inpatients were influenced with various influencing factors and comprehensive measures must be taken to control the increase of medical cost.
