摘要
目的:探讨循环系统疾病住院费用的主要影响因素,为住院费用的控制提供参考依据。方法:利用我国某三级甲等综合医院7529例循环系统疾病病案首页资料,采用描述性分析和多元线性回归对资料进行研究。结果:住院费用受多个因素共同影响,其中手术操作、住院日、主要诊断分类、手术操作分类是主要影响因素。结论:缩短平均住院日,合理用药、合理治疗、合理检查,实施按诊断分类预定额付费制,均可对控制住院费用不合理增长起到积极作用。
Objective： Discuss major influent factors of circe system diseases and provide evidences for cost control. Method： Analyze 7529 cases of inpatient with circle system diseases in a tertiary hospital with single-variable statistic and multi-variable regression. Result： Inpatient service cost is influenced by a few factors. In which, operation, LOS, major diagnosis, operation measure are the key influences. Conclusion： Shorten LOS. suitable prescription, suitable treatment, suitable laboratory services, and DRG could control medical cost.
