摘要
地方院校实验室已成为培养地方应用型人才的重要场所,实验技术队伍的建设是这个场所的核心任务。地方院校由于其自身的地方局限性,导致出现了实验教学的短视行为、实验技术队伍的近亲繁殖等现象。因此,应更新观念,提升实践教学效能,严格准入标准,引入激励机制,优化实验技术队伍结构,不断加强实验技术队伍建设。
Local colleges and universities have become an important training place for local application-oriented talents and the building of experimental technological teams is their core task. The linfitations resulted from the local colleges and universities of their own have led to shortsighted behaviors in experimental teaching,experimental technical team of inbreeding, and so forth. Therefore, the concept should be updated to enhance the effectiveness of teaching in practice, implement strict entry criterions, make introductions of incentive mechanisms, optimize the structure and make continuing efforts in strengthening the experimental technological team-building.
