摘要
分析了信号完整性问题(包括反射、串扰、电源噪声等)产生的原因,并给出了解决这些问题的一般方法。介绍了一种基于Protel2004仿真软件的信号完整性分析方法和在进行SI(Signal Integrity)分析中要注意的事项,给出了仿真波形。从仿真结果可以清楚地看到反射、串扰等问题都得到了非常有效的抑制,因此在电路的设计初期就能发现问题及时解决,从而缩短开发周期。
This article analyzed the reasons of signal integrity occurrence including the reflection, crosstalk and power supply noise, provided the solutions for these problems, introduced the analysis methods of signal integrity based on Protel2004 imitation software and the items which should be paid attention to during the analysis of Signal Integrity and gave the waveform of simulation; it can be seen via the result of simulation that the reflection and crosstalk have bene effectively restrained so that at the early stage of designing, the problems can be found and resolved in time and the cycle of new products can be reduced
