摘要
对径向极化厚壁压电陶瓷细长管进行了研究,利用解析法得出了其谐振和反谐振频率方程,并用有限元法分析了径向振动模态,通过实验对理论结果进行了验证。由于厚壁理论是径向极化模型的一般情况,所以它的应用范围更广泛,对于薄膜和薄壳模型同样适用,且误差更小。
The radial polarized and thick shell piezoelectric ceramic long thin tube has been studied and the resonance and anti-resonance frequency equations have been obtained based on the analytical method.The finite element analysis(FEA) was used to analyze the model of radial vibration,and the experiments have been carried out to verify the theoretical results.As the thick shell theory is the general situation of the radial polarization model,so its application is wider,which is also suitable for the model of thin membrane and thin shell,and the error is smaller.
