摘要
目的探讨应用精细过滤避光式输液器预防5-氟尿嘧啶化疗所致静脉炎的效果。方法 2009年1-12月,应用精细过滤避光式输液器对188例肿瘤患者进行5-氟尿嘧啶化疗。结果 2009年1-12月,应用3μm精细过滤避光输液器进行5-氟尿嘧啶化疗的188例患者中,发生静脉炎者17例(1级10例、2级5例、3级2例),发生率为9.04%,与2008年同期使用普通静脉输液器进行5-氟尿嘧啶化疗的患者静脉炎的发生率(48.92%)相比,差异有统计学意义(χ2=66.06,P<0.01)。结论合理使用精密过滤输液器可防止药液中的不溶性微粒进入人体,减少微粒对血管壁的损伤,从而降低静脉炎的发生率。
Objective To evaluate the effect of light-proof infusion sets with precision filter in preventing phlebitis caused by fluorouracil chemotherapy.Methods From January to December 2009,188 tumor patients with light-proof infusion sets using precision filter received fluorouracil chemotherapy.Results Of the 188 patients with 3.0μm precision filter for fluorouracil chemotherapy,17 patients(9.04%) were observed with phlebitis( Level-1:Level-2:Leve-3=10:5:2).Compared with the phlebitis incidence(48.92%) in patients with routine infusion sets for fluorouracil chemotherapy in 2008,the differences had statistical significance(χ^2=66.06,P〈0.01).Conclusion Optimizing application of light-proof infusion sets with precision filter has significant effect in preventing phlebitis by preventing insoluble particles into the body,reducing the stimulation of particles on the vessel wall and reducing the damage of particles on the vascular wall.
