摘要
中国诊所法律教育经过近十年的实践与发展,取得了引人瞩目的成绩。但是,在成绩的背后,诊所法律教育在本土化过程中也面临着能否可持续发展的危机,亟需解决。
Clinical legal education has achieved remarkable results through the practice and promotion of nearly ten years in China.However,clinical legal education is facing the possibility of the crisis of sustainable development behind these achievements in the localiza-tion process,which needs to be resolved urgently.
