摘要
以H型钢HN 800 mm×300 mm连轧过程为对象,采用热力耦合弹塑性有限元方法,建立万能轧制有限元仿真模型,对不同腿腰延伸比下的多种工况进行仿真计算,分析了腹板轧制波浪产生的根本原因,得到H型钢在相应孔型的轧制过程中出现腹板波浪的腿腰延伸比临界值。
Thermo-mechanical coupled elasto-plastic FEM model of universal rolling was established for large size H beam on the basis of LS DYNA software.The simulations of working conditions with different leg extension waist ratios were made,and the causes of web wave were identified.The critical value of leg extension waist ratio for the web wave in H beam universal rolling was obtained.
