摘要
针对越野车辆的特点,设计三级阻尼可调油气悬架,在对其结构和工作原理进行分析的基础上,建立阻尼数学模型。通过仿真分析、台架试验及实车道路试验检验,表明所建立的阻尼数学模型是正确的,所设计的三级阻尼可调油气悬架可用于实车,并能够有效提升越野车辆的行驶平顺性。
A kind of hydro-pneumatic suspension with three level damping was designed according to the characteristics of off-road vehicle. A complex nonlinear mathematic damping model of the hydro-pneumatic suspension was set up on the basis of comprehensive analysis of its working principle and structure. Simulation analysis compared with the data of bench test and road test shows that the mathematic model is authentic, not only the hydro-pneumatic suspension with three level damping can be used in a real vehicle, but also the ride performance of off-road vehicle can be improved greatly.
