摘要 研究锥形滑阀的过流面积特性,并从微观的流场控制角度出发,采用流场仿真软件FLUENT对该形滑阀的流场特性如压力场、速度场、涡旋分布等进行可视化研究,并分析滑阀阀芯开度对流场分布的影响以及流场分布对滑阀液动力的影响。此研究将有助于在更深层次上认识该型滑阀流量特性以及流场分布规律,并对滑阀设计起到一定的指导作用。 The flow area characteristics of conical spool valve was studied and discussed. From the point of microcosmic flow field control, visualization researches on the flow field characteristics of this kind of spool valve, such as pressure filed, velocity field and vortex distribution were made by FLUENT. The influence of valve core opening of this spool valve on flow field and the influence of flow field on flow force were analyzed. This research may contribute to a deeper understanding of the flow characteristics and the flow field distribution of this spool valve and play a role in its design.
