摘要
为立足于氨基酸分析仪所用缓冲液国产化,论证其可行性和可靠性,确定缓冲液的最佳配方,采用进口和自配两套缓冲液对各氨基酸的分离度、试剂的稳定性和定量分析的准确性进行比较。使用自配缓冲液,各氨基酸的分离度较好,自配试剂能够较长时间保持稳定,定量分析准确。结论:日立L-8900型氨基酸分析仪所用自配缓冲液保存时间长、分离效果好、定量准确、经济、适用,有一定的应用价值。
To prove the feasibility and reliability of the localization of the buffer used in the amino acid analyzer,and try to determine the optimal formula,we tested the same sample using the imported and self-made buffer respectively,then compared the resolution of the amino acids,the stability of the reagent and the accuracy of the quantitative analysis.The self-made buffer showed its good resolution and ability of the accurately quantitative analysis,and the stability could be kept for a long time.So,in addition to its economics,the self-made buffer can soon find its application value.
