摘要
利用荧光AFLP标记技术,对26个山东省主栽杏品种的遗传多样性进行研究。结果表明:8对AFLP引物平均扩增出103.25条多态性带,多态性百分比为87.37%。所有检出位点的平均Nei’s基因多样度为0.1935,平均香农信息指数为0.3100,说明山东杏遗传多样性较为丰富。在相似系数58.58%处将山东主要栽培杏分为四大类,四大类中都有山东本地杏的分布。其中玉巴旦、大麦黄和杨继元品种同山东其它杏品种及美洲杏遗传距离较远,因此这3个品种对于扩大山东栽培杏遗传多样性,进行新品种培育和种质创新具有重要意义。
The genetic diversity of 26 apricot cultivars in Shandong Province was analyzed by the fluorescent-AFLP marker technique.The results showed that the average number of polymorphic bands amplified by 8 pairs of fluorescent-AFLP primers was 103.25.The mean percentage of polymorphism(P) was 87.37%.All average Nei's gene diversity index(H) and average Shannon's information index(I) was 0.1935 and 0.3100 respectively,which indicated that genetic diversity of apricot cultivars in Shandong Province was abundant.Apricot cultivars in Shandong Province were divided into 4 groups at 58.58% level of similarity coefficient.Shangdong apricot local cultivars distributed in all 4 groups.Yubadan,Damaihuang and Yangjiyuan cultivars were farther with other Shangdong apricot local cultivars and American apricot in genetic distances.So the 3 cultivars were important to broaden genetic diversity of Shandong apricots,breed new apricot cultivars and create new germplasm.
