摘要
目的探讨慢性脑供血不足(CCCI)患者经颅多谱勒超声(TCD)检查的特点,评价TCD在CCCI诊断中的应用价值。方法对CCCI患者行TCD检查,并与正常人的TCD结果对照比较。结果 TCD异常患者218例,占81.95%,合并脑血管狭窄61例,占27.98%,主要表现为血流速度异常、频谱异常、搏动指数(PI)及阻力指数(RI)值增高。结论 CCCI患者大多数TCD异常;TCD检查对CCCI的诊断、疗效观察及脑梗死的预防有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of transcranial Doppler（TCD）determination for patients with the chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency（CCCI）and to evaluate the clinical value of TCD examination in CCCI.Methods Two hundred and sixty-six of patients with CCCI received TCD examination to determine correlative indices of cerebral blood flow,and then the results were compared with those of 200 cases of healthy subjects.Results The patients with abnormal TCD（218）took 81.95% of total patients with CCCI and cerebral vascular stenosis did 27.98%.Changes in blood flow of CCCI showed mainly blood velocity abnormity,abnormal TCD spectrum and increments in pulsatility index（PI）and resistance index（RI）.Conclusion Most of CCCI patients show abnormal TCD spectrum,so TCD examination can play a positive role in diagnosis,evaluation of therapeutic efficiency and prevention of cerebral infarction.
