摘要
基于FLUENT软件,采用标准模型对孔板水力空化进行数值模拟,将相同条件下模拟所得的空化区与实验空化区进行比较。结果表明,模拟计算的气含率分布与实验拍摄的气含率分布相似,模型模拟结果与实验结果吻合。采用该模型分析了不同入口压力、孔板结构参数对空化强度的影响。模拟结果为孔板的优化设计提供了依据。
Based on the software FLUENT,the hydrodynamic cavitation with the orifice plate was simulated using the model.The result in the same situations was compared with experimental one and showed that the distribution of vapor fraction for simulation was similar to that of experiment.The simulated result was agreed with experimental one.The influences of inlet pressure,structures of orifice plate on cavitation intensity were investigated by using this model.The simulation results provided several strategies for the optimum design of orifice plate.
