摘要
为了在室内试验台上模拟海洋平台海水冲刷立管,在水槽内设置孔板结构来实现均匀流场。通过Fluent软件模拟了海水在水槽中的流动过程,分析了孔板位置、厚度、孔径、形状和层数对流场的影响,优化了孔板结构参数。分析结果表明:孔板形状和层数对流场的影响最大,位置和孔径次之,厚度最小。均流效果最优孔板结构为:2 cm孔径、20 cm厚度的不均匀孔板,第1块距入口10 cm,第2块距入口60 cm。模拟结果可为模拟均流海水试验台的搭建提供理论指导。
To simulate the marine uniform flow scouring the riser on the indoor experiment bench, the orifice plate is set in the water tank to establish the uniform flow field. The Fluent software is used to simulate the flow of seawater in the water tank. The influences of the position, thickness, hole diameter, shape and layer number of the orifice plate on the flow field are analyzed, based on which the orifice parameters are optimized. The results show that the shape and layer number of the orifice plate have the greatest influence on the flow field, the position and hole diameter have less inJEluence, and the thickness has the least influence. The optimal orifice structure for uni-form flow is: 2 cm hole diameter, 20 cm thickness of the uneven plate, the first plate is 10 cm from the inlet , the second plate is 60 cm from the inlet. The simulation results provide theoretical guidance for building simulation test bench of uniform flow.
