摘要
树莓(Raspberry)为蔷薇科(Rosaceae)浆果类经济果树植物,其果实营养成分丰富,被称为"第3代果树"。以树莓组织培养生根、炼苗技术来探索树莓组织培养快速繁殖成活技术,着重研究各阶段的最佳生根培养基配方及炼苗培养程序。
The major objective of this study was to exploit the rapid propagation system for tissue culture of raspberry by rooting and hardening-seedling techniques. The special emphasis was laid on the optimal culture medium for rooting and culture procedure for hardening-seedling.
