摘要
[目的]讨论温度和光照对油松种子萌发的影响。[方法]采用室内发芽试验法,测定不同条件下油松种子发芽率和发芽指数。[结果]恒温处理下,油松种子萌发的适合温度为25℃和30℃;变温处理下,油松种子在20℃/25℃发芽率较高,萌发速度较快;光照可以促进油松种子的萌发。[结论]该研究得出油松种子萌发的适宜温度和光照条件,为油松种群的人工繁育和植被恢复提供了科学依据。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to discuss the effect of temperature and illumination on the germination of Pinus tabulaeformis seeds. [ Method ] The indoor germination test method was used to determine the germination rate and germination index of Pinus tabulaeformis seeds. [ Result] The Pinus tabulaeformis seeds germinated well at 25 ℃ ,30 ℃ and variable temperature of 20 ℃/25 ℃. Illumination was beneficial to the germination of Pinus tabulaeformis seeds. [ Conclusion] The suitable temperature and illumination for the germination of Pinus tabulaeformis seeds were obtained in this study ,which would provide scientific basis for the artificial breeding and revegetation of Pinus tabulae- formis.
