摘要
目的观察艾司洛尔在减轻高血压冠心病患者气管插管反应的作用。方法选取2008年2月至2010年6月于我院行全麻手术的76例高血压冠心病患者,随机平均分为2组。实验组在插管前5min给予艾司洛尔(1.5mg/kg),对照组常规给药。监测记录插管后2min、5min和10min患者的血压、心率等。结果插管后,对照组的血压和心率较实验组明显升高。麻醉过程中,对照组有3例患者出现室性早搏,而实验组没有出现室性心律失常者。结论结论艾司洛尔能有效地、安全地抑制高血压冠心病患者由麻醉气管插管引起的心血管反应。
Objective To investigate the effect of esmolol on the hemodynamics response to tracheal intubation in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease. Methods 76 patients underwent anesthesia between February,2008 to June,2010 were involved in this research. These patients were divided into 2 groups randomly. The experimental group received esmolol 5 minutes before tracheal intubation. The systemic and pulmonary hemodynamic were monitored. Results The MAP,HP of control group were significantly higher than experimental group. There were 3 patients had ventricular arrhythmias in control group, but no one had ventricular arrhythmias in experimental group. Conclusion Esmolol has a very considerable effect to reduce the hemodynamics response to tracheal intubation in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease.
