摘要
本文就高校毕业生转变就业观念、各高校就业指导机构积极拓宽就业渠道、加紧完善高校毕业生就业管理体制等方面作了探讨,并提出相应的措施。
This article discussed the employment of college graduates from the aspects of the change of graduates＇ employment concept,the widening of employment channels,and the perfection of employment management system,and put forward some corresponding countermeasures.
