摘要
目前我国大部分高校为了引入竞争机制、对教师教学质量进行有效的监控和管理,竞相建立了教师教学评价体系,但这些教师教学评价体系在制定和具体实施的过程中不同程度地存在着评价目的不明确、评价指标体系不科学、评价形式不全面、评价分值制定不合理、评价结果无效力等问题,有待进一步研究和规范。
Currently,most colleges and universities in China have set up an evaluating system to encourage competition a-mong their faculties whose teaching practice may thus be supervised and managed effectively.However,the system,whether in its making or in its use,has its problems such as implicit aims,less scientific norms,insufficient means,non-standard score setups and fruitless results.All these problems,in the author’s opinion,deserve further consideration and study.
