摘要
福建省高度重视水利信息化工作，把水利信息化作为实现水利现代化的基础和重要标志，尤其在洪水预警报系统、防汛指挥决策支持系统、水土保持监测系统和水文传统产业信息化改造等方面取得了重大进展。对福建省水利信息化的建设做了全面的总结回顾，分析了福建省水利信息化工作面临的形势和挑战，并对“十二五”期间水利信息化的建设做了展望，以期为海峡西岸经济区水利建设提供有力的支撑和保障。
Fujian pays close attention to water resources informatization, taking water resources informatization as foundation and significant symbol for realizing water resources modernization, great progress has been made espaeially in flood warning and forecasting system, decision-making support system for flood control command, monitoring system for soil conservation and informatization reform of traditional hydrology industries. This paper makes a comprehensive summarization and review on Fujian provincial water resources informatization construction, analyses situation and challenge faced by. Finally, it makes prospects for water resources informatization construction in the twelfth five-year plan period in the hope that it can provide powerful support and safeguard for water resources construction of economic zone on west bank of Taiwai straits.
