关于阿奇霉素纳米粒子载药量的研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着体内支架植入术的广泛应用,由此带来的支架植入术后再狭窄(ISR)问题越来越受到人们的重视。近年来,针对ISR的各种发生机制已经研制出多种药物涂层支架,即在支架涂覆一层药物膜通过药物持久的释放来达到治疗和预防的目的。可降解涂层支架避免了二次手术给病人带来的痛苦,支架涂层纳米化的好坏直接决定了其用途。主要研究了用可生物降解的聚己内酯包覆阿奇霉素,分析和讨论了外在条件的变化对形成纳米颗粒的影响,探讨出最适合涂层的纳米粒径,并且其具有一定的包药量。 With the expansive use of stent implantation into body, the question of the ISR after stent implantation is paid more and more attention to. In recent years, in order to reach the goal of prevention and treatment, various material coated stent have been developed to cope with different mechanisms of ISR, and is applied externally in a layer of drug membrane releasing for long time. The degradable coated stent helps those patients who have second ope-ration suffering form pain, and at the same time, the quality of nano-coating of stents is the decisive factor influencing the usage of the degradable coated stent. Using biodegradable polycaprolactone to coat azithromycin is researched and has an analysis on the influence of the outside conditions on the formation of nanoparticles is analyzed. The most suita-ble nanoparticles is given, which has a certain drug loading.
