摘要
根据企业战略管理的实际需求,研究多维集成化管理控制系统的结构模型及其运行机理.将企业管理理论和自动控制理论相结合,把管理控制问题归纳成4个维度、5种机制,并从这些方面入手研究我国企业管理控制所存在的实际问题,探讨解决这些问题的管理控制系统的结构模型及其控制机理.从管理层次、管理过程和控制路径3个维度构建了多层次全过程前馈-反馈管理控制系统.由理论和应用研究可知,企业只有建立和完善这种多维集成化管理控制系统,通过层层反馈和前馈、层层调节和保障,才能确保其战略规划的最终实现.
The structure models and their principles of integrated management control systems are studied for the actual requirements of enterprise strategic management.Based on the theories both of business administration and of automatic control,4-dimension and 5-mechanism aspects are concluded from various management control issues.In those aspects,some faults of practical management control in Chinese enterprises are analyzed.For solving the problems,structural models and their principles of management control systems are researched.Finally a multi-hierarchy,entire-process,and feedforward-feedback management control system is designed from 3 dimensions of management hierarchies,management processes and control paths.The theoretical and application researches show that an enterprise will finally realize its strategic plan only when the multi-dimensional integrated management control system is established and runs well by a series of feedforward,feedback,adjustment,and guarantee processes from one hierarchy to another.
