摘要
目的评估目安眼膏Ⅰ、Ⅱ号对兔单纯疱疹性角膜炎的疗效。方法将20只兔单纯疱疹性角膜炎造模后分为4组,分别Ⅰ组用目安眼膏Ⅰ号(蜂蜜5 g,阿昔洛韦3 g,卡波姆凝胶基质)、Ⅱ组用目安眼膏Ⅱ号(蜂蜜10 g,阿昔洛韦3 g,卡波姆凝胶基质)、Ⅲ组阳性对照组用3%阿昔洛韦(ACV)眼膏、IV组阴性对照组用卡波姆凝胶基质眼膏涂双眼。3次/d,连续给药14 d,用裂隙灯观察角膜病变并进行Trouzdale评分。结果观察各组兔角膜病变情况及评分结果,目安眼膏Ⅰ号疗效优于ACV眼膏,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。目安眼膏Ⅰ号疗效优于卡波姆凝胶基质眼膏,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。目安眼膏Ⅱ号与ACV眼膏比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。目安眼膏Ⅰ号与目安眼膏Ⅱ号比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对目安眼膏Ⅰ号疗效优于ACV眼膏和目安眼膏Ⅱ号。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Muan ointment I and II on experimental herpes simplex keratitis（HSK） in rabbits.Methods The 20 rabbits with HSK were divided randomly into four groups.The rabbits in first and second groups were treated with Muan ointmentⅠ and Ⅱ respectively,in positive control group III with ACV ointment,and in negative control group IV with matrix（placebo）,3 times one day,for 14 days.The severity of HSK was evaluated with slit-lamp and scored.Results The difference between ACV group and Muan ointmentⅠwas significant（P0.05）,and between ACV group and Muan ointment Ⅱ was no significant（P0.05）;the difference between matrix group and both Muan ointmentⅠandⅡgroups was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Muan ointmentⅠis more effective than MuanⅡand ACV ointment.
