人参茎叶皂甙对D-半乳糖拟衰老大鼠的作用 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨人参茎叶皂甙对D-半乳糖拟衰老大鼠的作用。方法:Wistar雌性大鼠自50日龄起每日皮下注射D-半乳糖48mg/kg,连续6周。其中一组同时喂饲人参茎叶皂甙(25mg/20g饲料比例掺入)。应用邻苯三酚法、TBA比色法、放射免疫分析法分别测定下丘脑超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、脑组织丙二醛(MDA)含量、血清及原代垂体细胞培养液中催乳素(PRL)浓度。结果:人参茎叶皂甙可阻止D-半乳糖诱发下丘脑SOD活性下降、脑组织MDA含量增加、血清PRL升高以及垂体细胞对促甲状腺素释放激素(TRH)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)及多巴胺(DA)刺激的反应性降低等作用。结论:人参茎叶皂甙有对抗D-半乳糖致“衰老” Objective: To further understand the Ginsenoside from stem and leaf(GSL) antiaging effects in Dgalactose induced aging mode. Methods: Wistar female rat of fifty days were subcutenously injected with Dgalactose 48 mg/kg daily for 6 weeks. During this period half of the rats were fed with GSL(25 mg/20 g food). MDA,SOD and PRL were determined by TBA colorimetry,pyrogallol autoxidation and radioimmunoassay respectively. Results: The Dgalactose treated rats showed elevated serum PRL and in vitro studies revealed enhanced basal PRL secretion but significantly attenuated response to VIP,TRH and DA.These changes are similar with those occurred in naturally aging rats and are results of disturbance in neuroendocrine intergration. Daily administration of GSL prevented all these changes just as it did in naturally aging animals. GSL also prevented the decrease of hypothalamic SOD and accumulation of brain MDA.
