摘要
采用高效液相色谱-质谱联用法对赤霉酸原药中的有效成分赤霉酸GA4和赤霉酸GA7及其杂质进行分离分析。得到赤霉酸GA4和赤霉酸GA7及其3种杂质的质谱图,推断出各杂质可能的结构,有利于控制赤霉酸原药中的杂质。
A method for separation and identification of gibberellin acid （GA） technical was developed. The GA and 3 relative impurities in GA technical were separated and identified. The Chemical structures of these compounds were confirmed.
