摘要 针对棉织物丝光过程中对碱液浓度监控的实时性要求,提出了一种基于ZigBee技术的织物丝碱液浓度实时监控系统,给出了系统网络结构、传感器节点和系统主节点电路,设计了网络协议、主从节点流程。系统运行结果表明:该系统具有低成本、结构简单、抗干扰、工作可靠等特点。为纺织生产前处理工艺提供了一种新的监控技术。 Aimed at the real-time monitoring of alkali concentration in mercerizing cotton goods,a monitor system based on ZigBee technology was established,including the network structure,the procedure flow and communication data formats of master node and data collection node and network protocol.The results show the stability and reliability,and low power and small size and low-cost of this system in monitoring the mercerization process of cotton goods.
