摘要
只有加强PAC系统的应用研究和软件开发,特别是一些关键技术的研究和应用,才能充分利用PAC资源,更好地发挥PAC在工厂自动化中的重要作用。针对PAC在基于PLC控制的软件方案中的特点,介绍了利用PAC梯形图语言实现智能控制算法的程序设计方法和关键技术,主要包括程序的框架结构设计以及数据采样、查表和偏差变化率计算等软件设计方法。
Only by strengthening the PAC system of applied research and software development,Especially some research on key technologies and applications,so that PAC resources can be fully utilized,can play important role of factory automation.This paper aimed at PAC characteristics based on PLC control software solutions,introduced programming methods and key technologies of intelligence control algorithm realized by Ladder Diagram of PAC,included software design methods such as design of the framework program,Data sampling,Look-up table and Calculation of the rate of change of error.
