摘要
目的:了解本地区非淋菌性尿道炎(NGU)病原体及其耐药情况,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:应用培养法和衣原体抗原快速免疫测定法,对我院2007~2009年性病门诊NGU患者的尿道(宫颈)分泌物进行检测,并测定支原体对10种抗菌药物的药敏情况。结果:884例NGU患者共培养出1 265株菌种,其中解脲支原体(Uu)、人型支原体(Mh)、沙眼衣原体(Ct)、念珠菌(Cd)、细菌比例分别为48.6%、20.6%、20.9%、5.7%、4.2%;混合感染率达到43.1%,Uu合并Mh的混合感染率达到17.0%;3种及以上病原体感染率达到3.8%。支原体对四环素、红霉素、氧氟沙星不敏感,敏感率只有32.3%、48.0%、51.9%。结论:NGU病原体以支原体为主,但混合感染情况增多,而且支原体对四环素、红霉素、氧氟沙星耐药情况较为严重,给临床治疗带来困难。
OBJECTIVE: To study pathogen and its drug resistance in patients with nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) in Longgang district and to provide reference for the clinical treatment. METHODS: Urethral (or cervical) samples of the 884 NGU patients in our hospital during 2007-2009 were examined by C-C rapid assay and culture method. Drug sensitivity of 10 kinds of antibiotics against mycoplasma were determined. RESULTS: The result showed that 1 265 positive specimens were isolated from 884 NGU patients, the proportion of U. urealyticum (Uu), M. hominis (Mh), C. trachomatis (Ct), Candidia (Cd) and bacteria were 48.6%, 20.6%, 20.9%, 5.7%, 4.2%, respectively. The mixed infection rate was 43.1% and the mixed infection rate of Uu+Mh was 17.0%. The infection rate of three or more pathogen was 3.8%. The drug sensitivity of mycoplasma to tetracycline, erythromy- cin, ofloxacin were 32.3%, 48.0%, 51.9%, respectively. CONCLUSION: The mycoplasma is the main pathogen in NGU patients and mixed infections is more than before. And drug resistance of mycoplasma against tetracycline, erythromycin, ofloxacin is severe, which will bring difficulty to clinical treatment.
