摘要
从文化层次偏低、思想动机单一、流动性相对较大等介绍了医院后勤临时用工人员存在的特征,分析了医院后勤临时用工人员管理存在的问题:缺乏有效的招聘途径;各自为政,缺乏统筹兼顾;医院对临时用工人员缺乏约束力;缺乏有效的培训机制,工作质量难有提高;工资待遇偏低;临时用工人员缺乏考核竞争等激励机制。结合实际工作提出加强医院临时用工人员管理的几点思考,即做好医院临时务工人员岗位设置、建立完善的临时用工人员招聘系统、提高临时用工人员待遇,完善临时用工人员的劳动合同和社会保障、完善临时用工人员培训机制、做好临时用工人员的绩效考核工作。
The characters such as poor education,single motives and high turnoff rate of casual labor in hospital logistic department were introduced.Problems such as lack of effective recruitment approach,lack of integrated management,lack of constraints and lack of training mechanism,poor quality and poor evaluation mechanism for casual labor management in logistics department were analyzed.In view of management practice,thoughts which include establishing standard recruitment system,raising pay and welfare,completing labor contract and social security system,improving training mechanism and strengthening performance evaluation on casual labor management were discussed.
