摘要
阐述了采访数据有效控制的目的和意义,针对高校图书馆文献采访的特点,提出了利用自动化技术和网络技术对进入ILASⅢ系统前后的采访数据进行有效控制,以提高馆藏质量、优化馆藏结构,最大限度地满足高校读者需求的建议。
This paper introduces the targets and significance of effective control of acquisition bibliography data, and in the light of the characteristics of literature acquisition of university library, puts forward the suggestion of using automatic technology and network technology to control effectively the acquisition bibliography data before and after entering ILAS Ⅲ system in order to improve the collection quality, optimize the collection structure and meet the needs of readers of university to the hilt.
